BOOKING POLICIES

Corporate Booking Fee for New Clients
20% of the total talent fee or $500 (whichever is greater) is added to all bookings. Booking fee is non-refundable. Returning clients may received reduced pricing on booking fees.

Non Profit Rates
Non-refundable booking fee is reduced to 10% of talent total or $200, whichever is greater. Please inquire for other special rates for your event.

Kama‘āina Rates
Aloha residents, please inquire for special booking & talent rates for your event. Mahalo!

Deposit
50% of total invoice may be required as non-refundable deposit. Remainder due by event date.

Holidays & “Hot Dates”
Pricing increases for holiday bookings & competitive dates.

Travel Bookings
$1,000 minimum deposit required for travel bookings.
Travel fees added for inter-island bookings.

Full day gigs typically require a rotation of 4 characters minimum.

Performers may take a 5 minute break once per hour. During breaks, talent is not permitted to use tobacco, vape pens, or alcohol. We encourage sipping water, snacking and stretching during breaks out of sight of public.
